We, at fatherandsonmasonry are wholeheartedly dedicated to the safety of our employees. Since our inception we have doggedly pursued safety issues and have evolved a safety program that protects our employees, clients and public. We frequently review our safety policies and upgrade them to incorporate new safety regulations.

We have always been committed to provide a safe and secured working environment for our employees. We consider safety issues before any job commences and at every level our superintendents stringently follow the safety policies and procedures.

Fatherandsonmasonry superintendents receive extensive training in safety. They are trained against fall protection, power line awareness and hazard communication and a host of other relevant issues. The superintendents are given authority to implement and maintain the safety norms.

We are a member of a number of associations to keep ourselves updated with the latest safety regulations and practices. We obtain new ideas and concepts and equipments regarding safety. We also innovate and conceptualize new ideas to improve our safety practices.
